CLUB MEMBER OF THE YEAR
Bonnie receives the 'club member of the year' trophy from club president Geoff De La Rue.
After HUNDREDS of years of behind the scenes work for the club, it was decided that this year's worthy recipient should be Bonnie Robert, (well overdue according to many). The problem was that it was thought he had already received it for all the work he has done in the past and it can only be awarded once, per person. Bonnie has spent many, many hours on the club premises, often alone, sometimes with help, repairing, restoring and replacing all manner of structures, including the whole roof! He has worked tirelessly for the benefit of the whole club and richly deserves his award along with thanks and recognition from all the club members
